We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Planning Assistant to the Telix International CEO for a 6-month internship based in our Geneva office. This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and engage with global and regional stakeholders across EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), APAC (Asia-Pacific), and Lat Am (Latin America). The successful candidate will support the CEO in executing market analysis, building business cases, and designing business processes critical to Telix's international operations.
Key Accountabilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics across EMEA, APAC, and Lat Am to provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
Business Case Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed business cases for new ventures and partnerships, assessing financial impacts and market opportunities.
Process Design & Optimization: Work with the CEO to design and optimize business processes that enhance efficiency and scalability across Telix's international operations.
Global Stakeholder Interaction: Regularly engage with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic projects and initiatives across multiple markets.
Strategic Projects: Assist in high-priority strategic initiatives, developing reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and board meetings.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze data related to company performance, market opportunities, and industry benchmarks to support strategic planning.

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in the healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical sectors is a strong advantage.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus.
