We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Planning Assistant to the Telix International CEO for a 6-month internship based in our Geneva office. This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and engage with global and regional stakeholders across EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), APAC (Asia-Pacific), and Lat Am (Latin America). The successful candidate will support the CEO in executing market analysis, building business cases, and designing business processes critical to Telix's international operations.
Key Accountabilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics across EMEA, APAC, and Lat Am to provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Business Case Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed business cases for new ventures and partnerships, assessing financial impacts and market opportunities.
• Process Design & Optimization: Work with the CEO to design and optimize business processes that enhance efficiency and scalability across Telix's international operations.
• Global Stakeholder Interaction: Regularly engage with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic projects and initiatives across multiple markets.
• Strategic Projects: Assist in high-priority strategic initiatives, developing reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and board meetings.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze data related to company performance, market opportunities, and industry benchmarks to support strategic planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical sectors is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus.
