We are looking for a Student (40%) to join our B2B Integrations team and support us in driving seamless internal communications and creative content creation. Endress+Hauser Group Services AG is at the heart of our global operations, providing essential services and support that empower our teams worldwide. Here, you’ll be a part of a dynamic team in our headquarter located in Reinach, Switzerland, that values collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to sustainability.

What is the role about?
Do you enjoy creating engaging visuals while managing digital platforms? Are you skilled at writing compelling internal communications and analyzing data to enhance content effectiveness? If so, this role is perfect for you! In this position, you’ll be actively involved in managing our Share Point pages, creating visual content, and ensuring our internal communications are both informative and engaging.

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:

Actively manage and maintain Share Point pages, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly.
Create visually appealing content using tools like Canva to support internal campaigns and initiatives.
Write and publish engaging internal communications, including posts and newsletters, that keep our teams informed and connected.

What do we expect from you?
You:

Are fluent in English, any additional language is welcomed.
Have some experience in an international business environment.
Are proficient in MS Office, especially Share Point, Power Point, Excel, and Teams.
Have experience in content creation, including blogs, videos, social media posts, infographics, and presentations.
