We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client, a prestigious Swiss private bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from job advertisement through to employee onboarding, including conducting interviews.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
• Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, such as Linked In, employee referrals, and other sourcing methods.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Actively contribute to recruitment projects and analyze applicant data and industry trends to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Support the recruitment coordinator in organizing interviews and managing the applicant tracking system.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in recruitment, preferably within the financial sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-driven approach; able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
• Capable of working under pressure and effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in analyzing data to inform decision-making.
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to travel to Zurich for interviews when necessary.
