Responsibilities
- Manage systematic investment funds and mandates.
- Contribute to the research and enhancement of investment processes, including tools and signals.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives, including reporting, creating marketing documents, investment proposals, and responding to Rf Ps.
- Develop and optimize the team's operational processes.
- Master’s degree with a strong financial and quantitative focus.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Portfolio Management, Risk Management, or Quantitative Research.
- Demonstrable interest in quantitative equity and multi-asset strategies (experience with commodities is a plus).
- Strong IT skills, particularly coding (Python, VBA), and experience with tools like Bloomberg, Fact Set, and Barra.
- Ability to assess problems, set priorities, and exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
- Capable of planning and executing independent projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
