We are hiring an experienced Facility Services Employee to join our client, a prestigious Swiss private bank.
Location: Switzerland
Responsibilities:
  • Complete tasks related to postal services, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Ensure the availability of office supplies and equipment in coffee zones and manage the material warehouse.
  • Independently handle small janitorial tasks to maintain office cleanliness.
  • Assemble and provide office furniture as needed.
  • Support colleagues with administrative duties.
  • Provide on-call services according to a specified deployment plan.
  • Assist employees at customer reception when required.
Qualifications:
  • Successfully completed apprenticeship.
  • Basic knowledge of postal services, janitorial tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are advantageous.
  • Ability to stay calm in hectic situations and complete tasks reliably and accurately.
  • A hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in German with good English language skills.
This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, organized, and looking to contribute to a well-rounded facility services team.
