Responsibilities:
- Create detailed line illustrations for the complete suite of aircraft publications, adhering to standards such as i Spec 2200, AECMA S1000D, GAMA 1, and Mil-Spec.
- Analyze and interpret engineering documentation, including Engineering Drawings, Engineering Change Notes, Bill of Materials, production instructions, system descriptions, and CAD 2D/3D models.
- Develop, edit, and validate procedural, descriptive, and flight crew documentation.
- Contribute to illustrated parts catalog compilation projects with accuracy and precision.
Desired Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in technical illustration for aviation-related documentation.
- Expertise in Iso Draw, CADProcess, Adobe Illustrator, and Cortona3D.
- Familiarity with specifications and standards in the publications environment, including i Spec 2200, AECMA S1000D, GAMA 1, and Mil-Spec.
- Solid understanding of engineering drawings, system descriptions, and CAD models.
