Senior Systems Engineer – Flight Simulation & Synthetic Training Devices

Location: Stans, Switzerland (relocation support available)
Scope: Full-Time, Permanent Employment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead systems engineering efforts for Ground-Based Training Systems (GBTS), ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Define and develop system requirements based on customer needs, emerging technologies, and product lifecycles.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design system architecture, integrating hardware and software components.
- Manage system integration, verification, and validation (V&V) processes, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Support configuration management (CM), ensuring accurate technical documentation and initiating change processes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Software, Electronics, or Aeronautical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering for flight simulators or synthetic training devices.
- Familiarity with system engineering methodologies (ISO 15288) and tools like DOORS, Jira, and Teamcenter.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
