About the role

In this role, you will become part of a team that monitors production 24/7, manages incidents, conducts investigations, and quickly resolves emerging technical issues.

Job Description

• Responding to monitoring systems
• Investigating and resolving technical issues that arise in the system (reading logs, understanding network status, server status, making requests to various APIs), including issues escalated from the first line of support
• Incident management — setting priorities, escalating to specialized departments, ensuring the incident is resolved, and analyzing the consequences
• Maintaining documentation
• Shift work (morning, day, night)

Qualifications

You have:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions
• Knowledge of Linux-like systems at the junior administrator level

Highly preferred:

• Knowledge of network diagnostic tools and the ability to use them (ping, traceroute, telnet, etc.)
• Understanding of HTTP(S), REST, JSON, and web technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in stressful situations
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Kibana, Grafana, Zabbix
• Experience with tracking systems like Jira
• Experience with code repositories like Git Lab

Will be a plus:

• Experience in scripting
• Knowledge/experience with databases (Postgre SQL/My SQL) at the level of writing basic queries
• Experience in fintech/financial sector will be considered an advantage
