About the role
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our team.
Job Description
  • Respond promptly to inquiries. Provide clients and partners with explanations regarding operational activities and service levels. Oversee timelines and information exchange as needed.
  • Conduct negotiations, find compromises, and facilitate effective communication and coordination for issue resolution among clients, support, and development teams.
  • Assist in formulating tasks. Guide and direct less experienced team members and train functional teams.
  • Organize incoming information to ensure consistency in service delivery and contract compliance.
  • Collect, analyze, and present statistical data and trends related to service levels and operational efficiency.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients based on their strategic objectives.
  • Handle intensive work and a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
You have:
  • At least 4 years of experience as an Account Manager in IT or as an IT entrepreneur.
Highly preferred:
  • Drive to quickly and independently learn, master, and structure information, identify insights, and understand real needs from brief statements, along with the ability to ask the right follow-up questions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, stress resilience, experience, and creativity in conflict resolution.
  • Strong skills in handling large information flows, prioritizing, and problem-solving. Ability to manage a dynamic workload while proactively communicating intermediate results.
  • Initiative and a desire to improve current processes and develop new ones.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Russian and English (C1 level).

Compensation range
