Join Our Operations Team as a Trainee!
Are you ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic? The Operations team is looking for candidates like you to join us from February 1st, 2025, to November 30th, 2025. We are hiring trainees to support two key functions within our team: Production and Transportation.
As a Production or Transportation Trainee, you will assist Production and Transportation Specialists in preparing and executing tours throughout the season, ensuring an exceptional on-tour experience for our travelers. You’ll collaborate closely with business partners such as restaurants, transportation companies, local guides, and tourist attractions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to Production and Transportation Specialists, including supplier confirmations, updates, and special requests.
- Secure bookings with our business partners.
- Settle accounts with suppliers and support the accounts payable process.
- Research and identify potential new business partners.
- Follow up on quality control actions confirmed by the Production and Transportation Specialists.
- Offer on-tour support to both Tour Directors and business partners.
- Collaborate with our Market Development team in the United States to improve logistics and develop itineraries.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
- University degree.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-driven, flexible, and a quick learner with proven problem-solving abilities.
- Enjoys working with numbers and is proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Similar work experience is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze and question processes, thinking outside the box to improve them.

This is a paid traineeship with a salary of CHF 40,000 per year.
