• Provide daily support to Production and Transportation Specialists, including supplier confirmations, updates, and special requests.
• Secure bookings with our business partners.
• Settle accounts with suppliers and support the accounts payable process.
• Research and identify potential new business partners.
• Follow up on quality control actions confirmed by the Production and Transportation Specialists.
• Offer on-tour support to both Tour Directors and business partners.
• Collaborate with our Market Development team in the United States to improve logistics and develop itineraries.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
• University degree.

• Enjoys working with numbers and is proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Similar work experience is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze and question processes, thinking outside the box to improve them.
