Training & Development Generalist

As part of Leonardo, Kopter currently develops the AW09, a next generation single-engine helicopter that offers the largest cabin and cargo hold in its category, increased modularity and modern electronic systems. The AW09 delivers latest safety standards as well as more performance and comfort at low operating costs.
Kopter is set to become Leonardo’s Centre of Excellence for new light helicopters and an incubator of new technologies, contributing to the development of hybrid and electrical propulsion systems. Kopter’s 320 talented team members are primarily based in Switzerland, near Zurich and in Mollis (Canton of Glarus).

Your responsibilities

  • Taking care of the entire training administration from A-Z (pre, during and post courses)
  • Undertaking relevant training preparation (e.g. booking meeting rooms, preparing training records, arranging lunch, travel arrangements for trainers, etc.)
  • Compilation and roll-out of annual training plan
  • Preparing communications about trainings and following-up to ensure attendance / completion
  • Managing Welcome Days for New Joiners
  • Supporting preparations for audits
  • Working with Kopter’s Procurement Team for provider selection and purchase order process
  • Working with Kopter’s Finance Team for ensuring timely and correct invoice payments
  • Responsible for accurate maintenance of training records and documentation
  • Managing shared Training Mailbox (e.g. answering questions, addressing ad-hoc requests, etc.)
Your qualification & experience

  • Completed Commercial apprenticeship/further education in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated experience working in Human Resources minimum 3-4 years
  • Demonstrated experience in organisation and administration of trainings and events minimum 1 year
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with suppliers, purchase requisitions, invoice payments
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • High affinity for digitalization and experience in dealing with various IT systems (Outlook, SAP, Excel, Team Center, Workday, etc.)
  • Sound English knowledge (written and spoken), minimum at level B2
  • German and/or Italian knowledge an asset at B1-B2 level
