Job Description

Administer and enhance client portfolio, ensuring timely care and suggesting improvements.
Manage team billing and cash collection efficiently to minimize write-offs.
Review client structures, demonstrate risk awareness, and fulfill review procedures.
Adhere to contractual and statutory obligations, guiding team members accordingly.
Prepare and review reports for management and meetings.
Maintain accurate central diary systems to meet deadlines.
Ensure prompt and professional service to clients and intermediaries.
Retain existing clients through effective administration.
Train and manage team members, conducting performance reviews.
Promote group services to clients and identify new business opportunities.
Deputize for senior team members as necessary.
Adhere to compliance procedures and CPD requirements.
Perform any other necessary duties as directed by Management.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 10 years of relevant trust administration experience.
STEP qualified with UK legal/tax expertise preferred.
Experience managing a team of Trust Officers.
Strong understanding of trust and corporate structures and fiduciary responsibilities.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and client relationship skills.
Ability to improve work directives and procedures.
Focus on compliance and regulatory matters, including FATCA and CRS.
Positive team player with a hands-on mentality.
Proficient in English (oral and written); Viewpoint knowledge advantageous.
