Your role

• Contribute to the administrative and logistical management of Pictet Wealth Management (PWM) employee arrivals, departures, transfers and relocations.
• Establish and update various procedures and documentation related to activities associated with access rights management and the workplace environment.
• Provide support to end users during the change phase of strategic IT and logistics projects by acting as the main link between IT and business users.

Your profile

• Commercial/Banking CFC or equivalent training and experience in IT support (access rights and IT systems).
• At least two years’ experience in IT support and operations in a banking environment.
• Native French speaker with a good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical and synthetic thinking.
• Writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle large volumes of requests quickly and prioritise.
• Rigorous, proactive, accurate and solution-oriented.
• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
