Could this be the scene for your next career move? We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our Kaohsiung Depot Operation team.

What you will be doing
You will be joining a professional and international team with extensive knowledge of the industry and be responsible for tank inventory, stock and flow control of the operation in Depot. Your expertise ensures that we will continue to set the industry benchmark for seamless and efficient operations.


Job Responsibilities

• To keep record of daily gasket consumption and report stock to Depot manager on weekly basis.
• Record the ordering history of local suppliers in Taiwan, such as pressure gauges and rupture disks, and place orders when needed.
• Record the EIR after completing the leak testing operation to ensure that the installed manhole gasket meets the requirements of the shipment order, in order to establish a foolproof mechanism.
• Perform EIR check on the tank coming into depot and report tank condition to related personnel immediately for any damages.
• Update tank status after tank is done cleaning and update tank to surveyed status after surveyor confirmed tank condition with manager.
• Create and keep cleaning certificate and send to STC when requested.
• Ensure all visitors to office and depot have checked in and signed on visitor book.
• Update Conterm tank in/out status when required.
• To coordinate with truckers to ensure depot maintain clear in/out flow.
• Able to make tank release order when required.
Archive and record checklists for various tasks within Depot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in tank inspection
Have knowledge in Microsoft office and excel

• Working hours: 5 days’ work week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm
