Key activities

Commercial Excellence:
- Proactively participate in business activities to uncover and to identify opportunities for business growth
- Facilitate and improve implementations of commercial strategies and tactics with analytical initiatives
- Deliver data-driven insights to answer business questions raised by stakeholders across a wide spectrum of business functions (Marketing, Sales, SFE and Finance…etc.)

Data Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards according to business requirements
- Develop and maintain data pipelines between database and dashboard solutions
- Ensure latest operational metrics are accurately loaded into BI solutions within timely fashion
- Maintain process and documentation to ensure implementations follow best practices
- Administer access rights and policies to ensure data security is properly controlled
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or data science related majors.
- (Required) 3-5 years of experience in data analytical functions
- (Highly preferred) 2-3 years of experience in consulting functions
- Highly curious and able to quickly learn new knowledge and skillsets
- Demonstrate behaviour of continuous improvements and mindset of ownership thinking
- Affinity to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, plan out project milestones, and execute according to timeline
- Fluency in English (TOEIC > 700)
- Proficiencies with Technical:
- Python, SQL, Snowflake, DBT, Excel, Power Query, Git, Power BI
- Communication & Project Management: Azure Dev Ops, UIUX, Data Storytelling
- Github portfolio to showcase past experience and expertise
