工作職責：
· 維護Web和物聯網應用程式的資料庫和叢集的最佳效能，確保其穩定性。
· 監控並進行資料庫的容量規劃，以滿足Web和物聯網資料的需求。
· 配置和微調資料庫和叢集參數以優化效能。
· 依據Web 與物聯網環境的要求進行安裝、設定資料庫管理系統。
· 定期執行資料庫維護任務，包括控制存取權限和特權。
· 驗證資料庫儲存系統的正常運作並解決出現的任何問題。
· 進行資料庫存取和請求的審核，以維護安全和合規標準。
· 監控資料庫效能，實施必要的更改，並根據需要套用修補程式和更新。
· ⁠實施和管理特定於Web和物聯網資料的資料庫安全性策略、備份、復原和災難復原策略。
· 定期進行測試和評估，以確保資料安全、隱私和完整性得以維護。
· 最佳化資料庫查詢、預存程序和視圖，以提升Web和物聯網應用程式的效能。
· 制定和執行計劃，預防資料遺失，恢復遺失數據，並測試復原程序。
· 為使用Web和物聯網資料庫的使用者提供積極和反應性的資料管理支援和培訓。
· 建立、執行和記錄資料庫政策、程序和標準，以確保一致性和合規性。
· 維護最新的文檔，包括資料庫設計圖和配置/調優文檔。
· 排查資料庫錯誤，最小化資料庫停機時間，並最佳化參數，確保快速查詢回應。
· 與開發團隊合作，實施針對Web和物聯網應用程式的資料庫更新、設計和資料打補丁。
崗位要求：
· 學士學位，主修電腦科學、資訊科技或相關領域。
· 至少6-8年作為資料庫管理員的工作經驗，專注於Web和IT資料庫（有跨國公司工作經驗者優先考慮）。
· 對資料備份、復原、安全性、完整性有優異的理解，精通SQL語言。
· 熟練管理Oracle、My SQL、SQL Server等資料庫系統。
· 深厚的SQL知識與查詢最佳化技術的專業知識。
· 熟悉雲端平台，如Amazon Web Services（AWS）和Microsoft Azure。
· 能夠規劃儲存和容量，以滿足動態資料庫管理需求。
· 深入理解資料庫設計、規範化和最佳化。
· 具有資料庫標準和最終用戶應用程式的實際經驗。
· 在跨國公司環境中為使用者提供技術支援和培訓。
· 精通排查資料庫相關問題並及時解決。
· 建立並維護資料庫配置、程序和標準的全面文件。
· 強大的問題解決能力和演算法思考能力。
· 積極的態度，優秀的人際溝通能力，能夠與組織內各個團隊合作。
· 熟悉程式語言、API和核心電腦語言者優先考慮。

Job Responsible:
· To maintain optimal performance and ensure the stability of databases and clusters for Web and Io T applications.
· To monitor and perform capacity planning for databases to meet the demands of Web and Io T data.
· To configure and fine-tune database and cluster parameters to optimize performance.
· To conduct installation, set up, and configuration database management systems tailored to the requirements of Web and Io T environments.
· To perform regular database maintenance tasks, including controlling access permissions and privileges.
· To verify proper functioning of database storage systems and address any issues that arise.
· To conduct audits of database access and requests to maintain security and compliance standards.
· To monitor database performance, implement necessary changes, and apply patches and updates as required.
· To implement and manage database security policies, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies specific to Web and Io T data.
· To conduct regular tests and evaluations to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity are maintained.
· To optimize database queries, stored procedures, and views to improve performance for Web and Io T applications.
· To develop and execute plans to prevent data loss, recover lost data, and test recovery procedures.
· To provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users working with Web and Io T databases.
· To establish, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
· To maintain up-to-date documentation, including database design diagrams and configuration/tuning documents.
· To troubleshoot database errors, minimize database downtime, and optimize parameters to ensure fast query responses.
· To collaborate with development teams to implement database updates, designs, and data patching specific to Web and Io T applications.
Job Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· At least 6-8 years of experience as a Database Administrator, specializing in Web and IT databases. (Working experience in MNC companies is valuable).
· Excellent understanding of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and proficiency in SQL.
· Proficiency in managing database systems like Oracle, My SQL, SQL Server, etc.
· Strong knowledge of SQL and expertise in query optimization techniques.
· Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
· Ability to plan storage and capacity to meet dynamic database management demands.
· Thorough understanding of database design, normalization, and optimization.
· Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications.
· Provide technical support and training to users in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment.
· Expertise in troubleshooting database-related issues and resolving them promptly.
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations, procedures, and standards.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
· Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with various teams within the organization.
· Familiarity with programming languages, APIs, and core computer languages is a plus.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills (global team). Preferable multilingual especially in Mandarin.
· Willing to travel or relocate to other countries or project location as assigned if required.
