Job description

• Achieve ambitious sales targets in the area under responsibility.

• Build close customer relationships with both customers and company's staff.

• AII direct sales development & maintain regular contact with direct customers.

• Support & keep good relationship with north distributors.

• Organize visit new customers, and arrange customer seminars to promote latest products

• Closely monitor and report the competitor activities in the market.

• Prepare quarterly sales forecasts.

Mission

• Implementation of AII all divisional business strategies and activities with ambitious goals to maximize

customer values of Atlas Copco Construction Technique, lead to sustainable profitable growth on all divisional business.

• Implement the sales and marketing actions in Taiwan to maximize customer satisfaction.

• Increase our territory coverage through strong territory management.

Experience requirements

• Very interest in sales compressor products.

• Know-how about industry environment.

• Prefer experience in managing customers and developing long term relations with distributors.

• Proven experience in direct sales developing.

• Prefer experience in sales territory management.

Knowledge

• Good command of English and Mandarin is essential

• Strong PC skills with MS Office.

• Driving license.

Educational requirements

• University degree in technical or commercial field or similar through experience. Mechanical or electromechanical engineering degree preferred.
