Experience in producing small electronics, consumer tech, or fitness-related devices is critical. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and strategic scaling. Experience in producing small electronics, consumer tech, or fitness-related devices is critical. Your primary objective will be to expand operations to meet growing global demands while ensuring the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations across Asia, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to ISO standards.
- Develop and execute strategies to scale operations, optimize processes, and meet increasing global demand.
- Oversee production schedules, resource allocation, and capacity planning to maximize efficiency and output.
- Manage financial planning, including budgeting, cost management, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing with company-wide goals and drive strategic initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, ensuring high performance and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Handle OEM partner coordination, focusing on materials, delivery, product quality, and supporting sales efforts to acquire new customers in Asia.
- Ensure compliance with labor, environmental, and regulatory standards while managing employee relations and facility maintenance.
- At least 10 years in manufacturing operations, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or engineering (advanced degree preferred).
- Track record of successfully managing and scaling mid-sized manufacturing firms in the consumer technology sector.
- Deep expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Extensive experience with consumer electronics, fitness tech, or other products incorporating software, electronics, and mechanical components.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with teams across Asia, Europe, and North America.
- Competitive Salary: Annual compensation between 3.7M and 4.2M TWD.
- Performance Bonuses
- International travel required to key industry locations.
