Regional Brand & Marketing Director (NGO) - Taipei, Taiwan

Our client, an educational NGO, is looking for a regional brand and marketing director, with experience in an NGO environment.
The Regional Brand Marketing Director is responsible for managing donor recruitment, CRM operations, online community engagement, donor customer service, and overseeing marketing and SEO outsourcing companies. Additionally, the role focuses on international brand strategy to increase the visibility of local service teams in Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia. This position demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer based e-commerce / CRM and regional marketing management, a passion for education, and fluent English proficiency. Our client is dedicated to improving educational opportunities and outcomes for children in these regions.
Work Location: Based in Taipei (with travel to Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia),

Key Responsibilities:
1. Taiwan Donor Management and Online Engagement (60-70%)
Donor Recruitment
- Develop and execute strategies for online recruitment to expand the Taiwanese donor base.
- Implement targeted campaigns to attract new donors through various digital channels.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the donor CRM system to enhance donor relationships and retention.
- Utilize CRM analytics to develop insights and improve donor engagement strategies.
- Manage donor online communities, fostering engagement and loyalty through effective communication and content strategies.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with Taiwanese donors and supporters.
- Ensure high-quality customer service for donors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement processes to improve donor satisfaction and retention.
- Hold Annual Donor Event in Taipei
- Oversee and manage relationships with integrated marketing and SEO outsourcing companies.
- Ensure that outsourced projects align with organizational goals and deliver high-quality results.
Brand Strategy Development
- Develop and implement international brand strategies to increase the visibility and recognition of the NGO’s work in Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia.
- Collaborate with local teams to adapt and execute brand strategies that resonate with regional audiences.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance the NGO’s brand presence in targeted regions.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to support brand initiatives and increase local impact.
- Work with international partners to amplify the NGO’s reach and influence.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in customer based e-commerce marketing / CRM, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country role.
- Proven experience in donor management, CRM systems, online community engagement, and customer service.
- Experience within an NGO environment.
- Experience managing outsourcing companies for integrated marketing and SEO projects.
- Familiarity with marketing practices and challenges in Taiwan, Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of customer based e-commerce marketing / CRM principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Passionate about education and making a difference in children's lives.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to different countries.
- Must be Taiwanese.
Compensation
- Annual Salary Range: up to $2,000,000 NTD (Bonus Included)
