Job Description
Qualifications and Requirements
Personal and Skills
- Promote and sell the division's and/or business unit’s products, services and even total solutions within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to customer enquiries; negotiate prices, secure highest profitability and delivery times within given authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue and profit targets.
- Continuously creates budgets of projects within defined hospitals to secure future pipeline of sales.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and able to have continuous business.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities to achieve targets.
- Responsible for collecting complaint samples and information, documenting, and forwarding the pharmacovigilance related reports and submit complaints to product management for reporting to relative parties.
- The job function listed is not exclusive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree in medical, nurse, business administration, marketing or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and in healthcare industry

- Ability to work cross functionally and in matrix organization
- Ability to learn new products, new markets, customers and drive sales
- Able to work independently and multi-task
- Excellent and constructive team player
- Always equipped with positive mindsets, open for change management and act proactively
- Excellent communication skills for both internal and external
- Willing to accept new challenges and be accountable all time
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Good in Microsoft Office tools
