- Be responsible for provision of a high-quality HR services of HR for STC Taiwan, both for managers as well as employees.
- Work closely with local management team to provide expert HR guidance on a variety of HR matters (for example Performance Reviews, Competence & Development Planning, Talent Reviews, etc.).
- Cover all employee-life cycle agenda within respective area (day to day and hire to retire agenda) in liaison with HR Expertise teams in Taiwan and the global as required to ensure that HR activities and initiatives can be effectively delivered at the site and that local needs are considered.
- Be responsible for the cyclical HR activities (e.g. annual salary review, bonus, PDD process) and additional HR projects are executed effectively, within established budgets and timelines.
- Develop talent plan and partner with the Talent & Development Specialist to identify appropriate talent management strategies to deliver those plans, to include recruitment, succession planning, organizational design, individual and organization development, global mobility, diversity and graduate program.
- Act as a champion of the change in various HR initiatives across the area, which may include changes in compensation & benefits, diversity management, workforce planning, and/or performance management.
- Be responsible for document accuracy and data accuracy in area of responsibility and for playing an active role in introduction and using of new global systems and processes.
- Be involved in wider HR projects either relevant to country or for the global, as appropriate and as directed by the GM and HR Manager.
- Maintain a strong connection with employees in the area of responsibility.
- Be responsible for keeping a close eye on the local legal compliance and adherence to all group policies (local, global) and requirements and provide appropriate guidance to GM and his/her LT.
- Maintain healthy employee management relation, be the main contact point for employee grievance, investigate speak-up case and take corrective action in and for the responsible business area.
