Description
As the Head of Marine, you will lead and drive our marine division to ensure the achievement of strategic business objectives and financial targets.
The Role:
The Role:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the strategy
- Represent the company to the customer in all sales-oriented activities
- Lead and coach a team of experienced sales account managers in Taiwan
- Identify customer needs and develop and implement complex sales strategies
- Communicate and present capabilities to the customer
- Develop customer specific action plans and complete them on a timely basis
- Participate in and provide input to marketing and business strategic reviews and annual marketing plans
- Through relevant sales and marketing networks and leads, stay abreast of market business trends, customers' expectations, and current competitive positions
- Direct, lead and coach the relevant sales activities for the business through direct reports
- Establish and develop people resources and implement talent management programs
- Contribute to major account relationship management and actively manage internal relationships
- Drive performance through monthly and quarterly reviews of sales, financials and people progress

- You need to be a creative and have the desire to succeed in a competitive business environment.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the marine industry.
- Demonstrated success in sales, marketing, and business development, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
- In-depth understanding of market trends and movements within the marine sector.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills being able to work well in with local and international teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver financial results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Good command of English communication
