The opportunity
- 負責監督貨物運輸，確保貨物按時送達目的地，並在運輸過程中保持良好的狀態標準，並定期回報工作狀態給上司及客戶;
- 與物流、倉庫管理、客戶服務團隊等合作夥伴協調並制定有效的運輸時間表;
- 針對異常案件進行情況分析與提出解決方案，並可進行流程分析改善，以確保貨物運送可如期完成;
- 負責處理所有與貨物運輸相關的文件，例如運輸文件、日常倉庫運營紀錄及管理報表製作與分析;
- WMS/TMS/客服系統/客戶系統操作;
- 其他主管交辦事項;
What you’ll need to succeed
- 大學以上學歷，企業管理、行銷流通等相關科系，若可使用英文書面溝通者，高中(職)畢業者亦可。
- 能獨立完成報告，具備訂定個人工作目標, 並自行管理達成者尤佳
- 英文讀寫能基本應對尤佳
- 孰練OFFICE(PPT, word, EXCEL 函數的使用)
- 有使用WMS/TMS 的經驗者尤佳
