Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Admissions Service Executives (3) to join our Learner Service Department. The Admissions Service Executives will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about our courses, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from initial inquiry to enrollment.

  • Location: Bangkok, Thailand
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Working hours: 5 days per week
  • Salary (excl. commission): ฿15,000 – ฿28,000 (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
Prospective Student Engagement:
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
  • Provide detailed information about Prep Edu’s courses, including course content, schedules, fees, and benefits.
Admissions Process Management:
  • Assist prospective students with the application process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate and assess student applications, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, addressing their concerns and providing ongoing support.
  • Follow up with prospective students to ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the Learner Service Manager and other team members to develop and implement effective admissions strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department and other departments to support promotional activities and events aimed at increasing student enrollments.
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all student inquiries, applications, and enrollments in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on admissions activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
Requirements
Language Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Prefered: Proficiency English (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent).
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a related role, preferably within the education sector.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data management is a plus.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated track record improving sales performance.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire prospective students.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google sheet, Google doc, excel…
  • Passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals.
  • High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Open to Thai nationals or foreigners with proficiency in Thai professional communication.
