Job Description

• Be responsible for overall ownership of multiple product innovation initiatives - including problem identification, product conceptualization & design, solution testing, review, and reiteration.
  
• Coordinate with multiple internal & external stakeholders to drive through innovation aimed at enhancing the passenger’s journey when traveling with Air Asia.
  
• Create and source for new in-flight products including regional products and campaigns. Monitor industry developments, tech advances and external consumer research relating to Product experiences.
  
• Identify opportunities to develop Products with the objective of enhancing the consumer experience or generating new revenue streams. Concurrently manage multiple, on-going Product development initiatives.
  
• Manage the timeline, sales channel, stock counting and sales report.
  
• Drive fast and effective project delivery through agile project management methodology.
  
• Initiate a project or co-brand a product every year
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  
• 1-2 Experience in airline inflight services, or related field
  
• Having the highest interpersonal skills to develop relationships with key business stakeholders.
  
• Proficient in computer literacy in MS Office, and G-suites
  
• Good communication in English
