Job Description
Thai Air Asia is seeking to recruit a new team member to strengthen its sustainability commitments and cascade achievable goals group-wide in our efforts to meet the highest Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards. S/he will report to the Sustainability Manager and work towards addressing factors that impact the long-term sustainability of the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the incorporation of ESG parameters in the Company’s decision making processes and in cascading Capital A’s strategy.
  
• Conduct and communicate sustainability campaigns to internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Enhance accountability of the Company’s business units to formulate and deliver sustainability targets and measure these targets.
  
• Monitor and track sustainability metrics and maintain a data dashboard.
  
• Assist the Company’s application for any of its listed entities to be included in relevant sustainability indexes.
  
• Ensure Sustainability Report meets the listing requirements of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)’s rating system.
  
• Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of Sustainability Working Group meetings.
  
• Participate in relevant fora and international meetings on the Company’s Sustainability and ESG commitments.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in environmental science, sustainability management, business/management or other relevant disciplines. Engineering is preferable.
  
• At least 3 years of related work experience in sustainability management, corporate reporting regulatory compliance and/or experience in aviation industry
  
• Prior experience in human rights assessment or supply chain management and/or sustainability management in a digital/technology company is an advantage
  
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and a working level second language
  
• Proficiency in using Google Suite Applications and MS Office
  
• Personal maturity and the ability to interact with a variety of people, including at the highest level.
  
• Enthusiastic and capable of working on several projects simultaneously.
  
• Creative, detail-oriented, good with numbers, and able to find solutions to unexpected problems.
  
• Comfortable with independently planning tasks and managing time, including the tracking and processing of information in a fast-moving environment.
