Summary:
We're seeking a strategic Online Media Planner to spearhead our marketing efforts in Thailand Market. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute comprehensive online media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth. You'll oversee the entire media funnel, from initial brand exposure to final purchase, ensuring seamless integration across all online channels. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Thai online landscape, data analysis skills, and a proven track record of successful online media planning and buying, with a strong emphasis on GMV impact.

You'll oversee the entire media funnel, from initial brand exposure to final purchase, ensuring seamless integration across all online channels. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Thai online landscape, data analysis skills, and a proven track record of successful online media planning and buying, with a strong emphasis on GMV impact.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Media Strategy: Develop and implement holistic media plans across various online channels (search, display, social, video, etc.) tailored to the Thai market, focusing on each stage of the customer journey from awareness to conversion and beyond.
- GMV-Driven Approach: Design and execute media campaigns with a clear focus on driving measurable GMV growth, aligning media tactics with overall business objectives.
- Social Media Integration: Leverage social media platforms popular in Thailand (e.g., Facebook, LINE, Instagram, Tik Tok) to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic to conversion points.
- Full-Funnel Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize media performance across the entire funnel, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and maximize GMV impact.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure media performance in Thailand, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize future campaigns for GMV growth.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery across online platforms, with a focus on Thai language and cultural nuances.
- Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with online media vendors and agencies specializing in the Thai market.
- Budget Management: Track and manage online media budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines for Thailand-focused campaigns, with a focus on GMV ROI.
- Stay Current: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging online platforms, and best practices in online media planning, with a particular focus on the Thai market and GMV-driven strategies.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital media planning, including: Social Ads, Market Place Ads and Tiktok (both planning, buying and optimization)
- In-depth knowledge of various online media channels and their effectiveness in Thailand, specifically for driving GMV.
- Previous experience trafficking digital media campaigns, ad operations background, or solid understanding of technical digital media set-up
- Understanding of online media metrics and analytics related to GMV impact.
- Can manage a variety of concurrent projects independently
- Works well in a cross functional team environment
- Curious, creative, and passionate.
- Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools/technologies as well as share knowledge with others
- Good command of MS Office, MS-EXCEL, MS-POWERPOINT, MS-WORD
