Job Description

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring high standards of service.
• Assist with setting up the Bittersweet/ Lobby Lounge, including table arrangements and preparation for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Lobby Lounge at all times.
• Monitor guest needs and proactively attend to requests to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist in handling guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be fluent in Thai; English language skills are a plus.
• Team player with a keen attention to detail.
