Your Role
Your Mission as Holdings HR Manager – SEA as part of the Holding SEA & Oceania team, is to ensure the full implementation of the People Full Potential plan and the Group’s people strategies across the region of South East Asia, whilst ensuring the Group’s compliance with local laws and regulations. You drive HR strategies and activities with your colleagues to create a strong and clear image of our employer brand across the region, including encouraging internal mobility, gender diversity and digitalization.

Your Role
Your Mission as Holdings HR Manager – SEA as part of the Holding SEA & Oceania team, is to ensure the full implementation of the People Full Potential plan and the Group’s people strategies across the region of South East Asia, whilst ensuring the Group’s compliance with local laws and regulations. You drive HR strategies and activities with your colleagues to create a strong and clear image of our employer brand across the region, including encouraging internal mobility, gender diversity and digitalization.
- Support efficient HR functions for the Group’s business development in South East Asia, ensuring both transparency and compliance, as well as promoting all types of synergies between Business Areas.
- Promote alignment of People Management processes, as defined in The Way, between the operational units through the HR meeting forum, especially with relation to the remuneration processes and benefits.
- Support the Expatriate employment conditions, including taxes.
- Participate in Group initiatives when appropriate and align with new People Management concepts.
- Support the competence development across the region of HR and supporting their General Managers.
- Actively promote The Way We Do Things and more specifically the section on People Management processes.
- Support the Group’s Vision “First in Mind- First in Choice” by focusing on and continuously promoting and developing a customer-care driven culture. Collaborate with Holdings colleagues to provide support to the Region in the areas of Core and More for Holdings
To succeed, you will need
-
Degree in Human Resource Management and relevant work experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR Management and support.

Knowledge of HR applications such as Cornerstone, Success Factors, Workday, SAP HR, Payroll support, etc.

Understanding of and experience in interpretation and implementation of Labour Laws across South East Asia.

Previous experience with data analytics/reporting is a must.

Good communication skills and customer needs orientated.

Very good level of English in written and spoken form.

Analytical skills and ability to solve problems.

Experience in managing a diverse team.
