หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Responsible for HR system construction and HRD projects both in Thailand and Singapore.

• Conduct preliminary meetings, survey to understand challenges and issues faced by clients.
• Propose solutions to challenges and issues faced by clients.
• Promote the construction of HR systems: Grading, Evaluation, Compensation.
• Support and collaborate with team members to implement the solutions
• Do the operation support of HR system project.
• Propose the training program and HRD solutions
• Any other related jobs

Job Role
As an HR consultant, you will be responsible for providing solutions to solve challenges faces by our clients.

• Conduct preliminary meetings to understand challenges and issues faced by clients (local staff)
• Propose solutions to challenges and issues faced by clients
• Support and collaborate with team members to implement the solutions

We offer three main services: HR evaluation and compensation system design consulting, corporate training and HR tech services.
Our HR evaluation and compensation system consulting services are based on employee surveys and discussions with HR and management to design and implement the system.
