• Providing legal support across project development, investment, finance, and M&A activities for solar, wind and energy solutions projects in the Asia Pacific region.
• Evaluating, engaging, and managing external legal firms on projects and transactions across the APAC region.
• Handling all corporate and legal documentation throughout the project life cycle, with such counterparties as co-developers, off-takers, financiers, and contractors.
• Leading legal due diligence on acquisitions of projects, joint ventures, structuring, and negotiating such acquisitions.
• Providing training and knowledge transfer to colleagues in the legal team and commercial teams.
• Supporting on project sales to investors.
• Providing legal support for miscellaneous matters in connection with the above.

• Lawyer with minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in legal practice either inhouse with renewable energy, EPC or oil and gas companies or an international law firm.
• Project development and transactional experience (M&A, project development & construction, financing) is preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
