Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Chinese national to join our team in Thailand, focusing on industrial real estate transactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile deals within the logistics, manufacturing, and data centre sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage industrial real estate transactions, including leasing, sales, and acquisitions.
• Support cross-border deals between China and Thailand, leveraging knowledge of both markets.
• Liaise with clients, investors, and government bodies to facilitate transactions.
• Provide strategic insights and analysis on market trends in both China and Thailand.
• Lead business development activities to expand our industrial real estate portfolio in Thailand.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to meet client objectives and project goals.

Requirements:

• Chinese national with fluency in Mandarin and English (Thai language skills are a strong advantage).
• Experience within the industrial real estate sector.
• Experience in cross-border transactions between China and Thailand is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
