We are now seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Thailand. If you have a passion for marketing and a deep understanding of the Thai market, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career and make a significant impact on our brand.


Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Teams: Assist the Thai sales teams with marketing materials and assets to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Identify Opportunities: Research and identify marketing growth opportunities in the Thai market.
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with the global marketing team to support branding efforts and achieve business objectives.
• Strategic Development: Create and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive business success.
• Creative Content: Generate innovative ideas for advertising campaigns and engaging social media content.
• Regional Partner Support: Assist partners in Thailand with ongoing events, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to uncover opportunities for growth.
• Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and other industry gatherings.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing activities are consistent with Hantec’s brand identity and messaging.
• Design Collaboration: Work alongside the design team to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
• Translation Support: Provide translation assistance for marketing content to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance.

Your Profile:

• CFD Industry Insight: A keen interest and understanding of the CFD industry in Thailand.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the financial or trading industry.
• Social Media Savvy: Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Cultural Awareness: Understanding of regional nuances and cultural differences in the Thai market.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written), with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively within a team but also work independently and take initiative.
• Problem Solver: Positive, enthusiastic, and ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Able to work under pressure and adjust to the evolving needs of the industry.
• Multilingual Advantage: Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
