Responsibilities:

• Coordinate closely with internal teams, such as Sales, Content Operations, and Graphic Design, to understand and address customer campaign briefs and needs.
• Plan, develop, and implement both online and offline media and content strategies.
• Execute marketing communications to represent company branding and media content across various channels, including press conferences, special events, social media content, and more.
• Align with the company's goals to coordinate with partners to co-create activities that enhance brand visibility, as well as with suppliers to organize and execute the marketing plan.
• Analyze customer behavior to gain insights and improve future campaigns and strategies.
• Focus on survival programs and artist development, as well as support any projects that arise.
• Lead and monitor team members' performance, set criteria, and allocate tasks as needed.
• Stay updated on competitor and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide support for ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field.
• Experience with digital content, social media and streaming platforms.
• Strong Initiative, creativity, flexibility, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); a good command of Chinese is a plus.
