Job Title: Real Estate Agent - Thai/Eng Speaking
Location: Chiang mai , Thailand
Salary: 12,000 THB +1,500 allowance + Commission 30% of first month rent
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and product demonstrations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market developments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement practical sales approaches.
• Find properties from owners through various online and offline sources (15 listings per week)
• Post listings on social media, the company website, and other real estate websites

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
