Research

• Support country revenue growth by capture market trend, find new Sources of Growth and gather new leads from external sources with necessary info.
• Provide quick market survey i.e. mystery shopper, phone survey and present findings to project team and recommend strategic actions.
• Update competitor comparison analysis.
• Support global research process and take actions when required.
• Stay updated on macroeconomic, focus industries, emerging markets and competitor trend to regional and local commercial team.

Revenue Planning

• Plan the annual revenue, monitor actual result and take actions with commercial managers to ensure revenue achieve country target.
• Provide weekly re-forecast revenue with accurate model. Maintain revenue tracking report.
• Understand country KPI and impacts from key factors.

Products & Services

• Ensure local product & service implementation align per global guideline.
• Provide effective communication to related departments and customers.
• Drive service and surcharge revenue per country target.
• Be the first contact for local parties when support need for Product & Service queries. Collaborate with regional team or other countries when required.

Data & Reporting

• Centralize and design data pre-processing and engineering for KPI performance and lead journey dashboard. Design and oversee the architecture of data systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with backline team and lead qualify team for data processing.
• Develop and maintain effective Excel/Power BI/Tableau dashboard for top management decision and key focus projects.
• Ensure data quality and governance standards are met across all data initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities where machine learning solutions can add value.
• Initiate new projects to support better data quality, data processing & analytic from utilizing machine learning or AI.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations, outlining key findings, trends, and recommendations.

Top management support

• Provide monthly performance report to top management.
• Provide professional top management presentation for external events per request.

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics, Marketing, Economic, Computer Science or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in International Logistics, Market Research, Data Engineering, Data Scientist or Corporate strategy role.
• Experienced in achieved data management/analytic projects as a project owner.
• Proficient in Excel (Formula, Pivot and VBA) and Power Point.
• Proficient in one or more programs: SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Fluent in English (Both of verbal and written)
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independent as well as great team player and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skill with strategic thinking, logical thinking and problem-solving.
• Proficient in deriving actionable insights from large datasets.
• Experience with presenting key projects to top management.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Well prepare presentation with professional creativity.
