• Role Overview
• As a Senior Associate specializing in trademarks, you will play a key role in advising and assisting clients on all aspects of trademark registration and related matters. You will work closely with clients to develop effective trademark strategies and protect their trademark rights in Thailand.
• Key Responsibilities
• Liaise with government agencies and private sectors.
• Provide legal advice on trademark registration and enforcement in Thailand.
• Provide supervision and training to junior associates within a collaborative team.
• Stay updated on changes in trademark law, system and trends in the Thai market.
• Conduct trademark searches and analyses to assess registrability and potential conflicts.
• Complete any additional essential responsibilities related to trademark matters and administrative duties as required.
• Advise and assist clients in trademark prosecution from new filing to registration, including application filing, responding to Office Actions and reporting.
• Advise and assist clients in encompassing enforcement and administrative proceedings such as oppositions, cancellations, recordals of change, assignments, licenses, and other relevant actions.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Law field.
• Experience in registering trademarks.
• English Business level Good (speaking ,writing ,reading)
