Monitor and Support overall Day-To-Day operations.
Oversees the staging of inbound trucks and dispatch to assigned inbound unloading bays.
Ensures proper truck unloading and complete parcel scans with no parcel left behind.
Enforces handover scans by Inbound Team for shipments received from Drivers and reconciling as needed.
Conducts daily briefing to team members on the issues for that particular day.
Maintains Sortation staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
Produce required report timely, as per agreed local and regional template.
Deliver regular positive and constructive feedback to staff for improvement.
Support additional and ADHOC report & data required.
Supervisory experience is required.
Safety Management,.
Ability to manage large groups of people.
Good understanding of shipment handling and stacking methods.
Ability to handle motorised MHEs e.g. Electric pallet jacks, forklifts, etc, is preferred.
