Supervisor, PM Inspection

Imagine being responsible for Supervise and plan the inspection process on product master (PM). Drive quality product masters and streamline production through meticulous management. Ensure that PM are meet specification and proper to production capability within the specify timeline for the world’s largest jewellery brand. We love that you will…
- Plan and prioritize task to ensure timely product master quality inspection
- Review Quality package for PMQ activities, attend committee meetings, and share inspection details with the CQ/Preprod team to prevent future failures.
- Escalate any issues to preprod and CQ team for resolution.
- Summarize PM inspection findings and report quality problems to relevant departments.
- Provide, review and feedback inspection and innovative tools to relevant team Enhance the inspection process and maintain PM quality control
- Apply innovative techniques and technologies to enhance the inspection process, ensuring continuous excellence and reliability
- Maintain standardized PM specifications and collect lessons learned for continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the inspection process.
- Participate in PM change management committee meetings, review issues, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with preproduction and CQ.
- Empower and guide subordinates to develop job-relevant skills through mindful mentoring, nurturing their full potential and fostering team morale.
We love that you are…
- Have working experience more than 2 years in manufacturing process, quality control factory or jewellery manufacture.
- Experience in new product development in manufacturing field is advantage.
- Experience in Quality Management (in-house quality and supplier quality).
- Jewellery background is preferred.
- Understanding international jewellery standard is advantage.
- Good Communication in English
