• Performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D.
• Performs set up of processing equipment.
• Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.
• Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
• Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

• High Diploma Graduation
• At least 5 years experiences in optic or electronic company
• Understand manufacturing process especially on die bond machine, auto alignment machine or 3D soldering machine, wire bond, lid seal, Tester, Burn in
• Understand system and concept
• Understand yield monitoring, yield improvement and kaizen concept
• Understand on problem solving with engineering sense
