Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

• Educating AI: Review AI-generated outputs and provide insightful feedback to improve the model’s accuracy. Help the AI better understand real-world contexts, ensuring it applies its knowledge effectively to solve practical problems.
  
• Problem Solving: Break down complex issues into clear, step-by-step solutions and explanations, teaching the AI how to reason through problems logically and systematically.
  
• Red Teaming: Assess the AI model for potential biases, inaccuracies, and limitations in its knowledge base. Design and conduct tests that challenge the model’s understanding, pushing its boundaries to ensure its outputs are valid, reliable, and applicable to a wide range of real-world scenarios.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with AI engineers and researchers to integrate feedback and make iterative improvements to the model’s performance, ensuring it evolves to meet user needs and expectations.
  

Qualifications
Qualifications:

• Native Proficiency in Thai: Must have native fluency in Thai with excellent writing skills to clearly communicate complex ideas and feedback in writing.
  
• Residency in Thailand: Applicants must be residents of Thailand and have an in-depth understanding of local culture, language nuances, and societal context.
  
• Education: An Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.
  
• Professional Writing Experience: Experience in a writing-intensive role such as researcher, journalist, technical writer, or editor is preferred but not required. Strong written communication skills are essential for this role.
  
• AI Training Experience: While prior experience in AI training or related tasks is preferred, it is not a requirement. We are open to candidates eager to learn and contribute to AI development.
