Thailand Franchise Capability and Execution Manager

Overview:
  • To drive the analysis, planning and execution of PEP’s short/mid term brands, innovaitons and sales development agenda with the bottler including leading the analytics execution, coordinating with multi-functions for the development and execution of marketing and innovation plans, and project managing their execution
  • To work with PEP Regional, IB Franchise and the bottler to tailor commercial capabilities building around AFH, perfect store & NRM, and to partner closely with all stakeholders in the execution and daily project management of all these projects
With Thailand becoming an anchor market for IB, this role will support the Franchise director in the execution of the high involvement agendas to build a stronger business and execute with speed & focus
Responsibilities:
  • Support on execution of Joint Business Planning process with Bottler and cross functional teams
  • Create flawless partnership, relationship and operational process between Pepsi Co and Pepsi Bottler in Thailand (SPBT) to execute AOP plans to ensure delivery of annual volume targets
  • Lead the scoping and project management related to new commercial capabilities deployment around AFH, Dx / Perfect store and Sales Effectiveness
  • Lead business analysis and performance management with the bottler & PEP teams on monthly/quarterly business performance to ensure plans are on track or needing pivots
  • Deliver marketing and sales promotional activities for the market across all channels in Modern Trade and Traditional Trade with support from Regional Marketing and appointed agencies.
  • Lead partner capabilities via sharing of PEP best practices and through close collaboration and leverage of strengths/ resources within the system.
  • Involve in new Bev product innovations to expand portfolio and profitable volume, move into strengthening the Pepsi Co agenda
  • Manage new initiatives and projects in the market via close collaboration and partnership with respective functional experts, i.e. Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales and/or strategy preferably in FMCG in MNCs
  • Experience in Franchise business Model or project consulting will be a Key Advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and articulation of findings
