BRIEF DESCRIPTION / KISA AÇIKLAMA

We are looking for an accounting specialist to join Barilla Turkey Finance team to take part in accounting and reporting processes. The position will report to the Turkey Accounting and Treasury Manager and is located in Istanbul.
We are looking for a professional who can conduct finance activities in accordance with local regulations and group accounting policies, provide effective support for tax and accounting processes, and support accurate and complete reporting while demonstrating partnership between departments. The successful candidate should embrace the company culture with one team approach for operational excellence.

Muhasebe ve raporlama süreçlerinde görev almak üzere Barilla Türkiye Finans ekibimize katılacak muhasebe uzmanı arıyoruz. Pozisyon Türkiye Muhasebe ve Hazine Müdürü'ne raporlama yapacak olup ofisimiz İstanbul’dadır.
Lokal mevzuata ve grup muhasebe politikalarına uygun olarak finans faaliyetlerini yürüten, vergi ve muhasebe süreçlerine etkili destek sağlayarak doğru ve eksiksiz raporlama yapacak, departmanlar arası iş ortaklığı gösterebilecek bir çalışma arkadaşı arıyoruz. Şirket kültürünü benimseyen, operasyonel mükemmellik için ekip çalışmasına önem veren adayları bekliyoruz.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / İŞ TANIMI

Prepare the reports related to accounting requested by the tax office, banks, TUİK and relevant institutions
Execute month end closing activities like es FX revaluations, fixed asset leger/amortization, account reconciliations etc.
Fulfill the necessary obligations within certain periods by mastering the e-invoice, e-ledger processes
Prepare Tax, SSI and Declaration processes (VAT, Summary, Stamp, Corporate Tax, Provisional Tax etc.), to follow up and control the preparation of sub-documents and to create the relevant declaration records
Support for preparation of VAT refund files
Posting and controlling of invoices in compliance with local GAAP
Follow up and accounting of prepaid expenses including insurances
Control payroll posting and the trial balance reconciliation
Supporting audit processes and preparing necessary documents and data
Perform general accounting in accordance with legal regulations and on time

Vergi dairesi, bankalar, TUİK ve ilgili kurumlar tarafından talep edilen muhasebeye ilişkin raporları hazırlamak
Dönem sonu işlemleri, kur değerlemeleri, amortisman, hesap kapanışları, mutabakatlar vb süreçleri gerçekleştirmek
E-fatura, E-defter süreçlerine hakim olarak, belirli sürelerde gerekli yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek
Vergi, SGK ve Beyanname süreçlerini (KDV, Muhtasar, Damga, Kurumlar Vergisi, Geçici Vergi vb.) yürütmek, alt evraklarının hazırlanmasını takip ve kontrol etmek ve ilgili beyanname kayıtlarını oluşturmak
KDV iadesi dosyalarının hazırlanması
Faturalarının girişlerini yapmak, kontrol etmek ve raporlamak, doğru muhasebeleştirilmesini sağlamak ve kontrol etmek
Peşin ödenen giderlerin takibi ve muhasebeleştirmesi
Bordro kayıtlarının kontrolü ve mizan mutabakatının yapılması
Denetim süreçlerine destek olup gerekli belge ve verilerin hazırlanması
Genel Muhasebeye ilişkin iş ve işlemleri yasal düzenlemelere uygun şekilde doğru ve zamanında gerçekleştirmek

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS / GENEL NİTELİKLER

Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Finance and/or Accounting departments of universities
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions
Experienced in Logo accounting program and MS Office, Excel
High communication, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experienced in E-invoice/E-ledger legislation and applications
Solution-oriented, multi tasking
Both written and verbal communication skills in English
Good planning skills which can help working under strict deadlines

Üniversitelerin İşletme, İktisat, Maliye ve/veya Muhasebe bölümlerinden mezun
Minimum 5 yıl benzer pozisyonlarda deneyimli
Logo muhasebe programında ve MS Office, Excel üzerine tecrübeli
İletişim, planlama, analitik ve problem çözme becerileri yüksek
E-fatura/E-defter mevzuat ve uygulamalarında deneyimli
Çözüm odaklı , birden fazla konuyu ile çalışabilme yeteneği olan
İngilizce yazılı ve sözlü iletişim kurabilen
Raporlama ve ay kapanış takvimine uyum sağlayabilecek planlama becerisine sahip
