Sales Manager - Life Sciences & Medical Devices (Turkey)

Location:İstanbul, TR, 34750

Travel activity: 20%

Your challenge

As Sales Manager, you will lead Greiner Bio-One’s Turkey operations, driving growth and profitability across sales, marketing, and operations. This is a strategic, high-impact role for a motivated leader with experience in life sciences or medical devices.

Full P&L ownership of the Turkish organization, ensuring financial and strategic targets are met.
Develop and execute annual business plans, identifying growth opportunities and implementing key strategies.
Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a strong employer brand.
Build and manage resilient relationships with agents, distributors, key accounts, and industry stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, company values, and ethics policies.

Your Profile

10+ years in sales/marketing leadership within medical devices, IVD, or life sciences.
Proven track record in a global, matrixed organization, with change management experience.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) preferred.
