Your challenge
As Sales Manager, you will lead Greiner Bio-One’s Turkey operations, driving growth and profitability across sales, marketing, and operations. This is a strategic, high-impact role for a motivated leader with experience in life sciences or medical devices.
  • Full P&L ownership of the Turkish organization, ensuring financial and strategic targets are met.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans, identifying growth opportunities and implementing key strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a strong employer brand.
  • Build and manage resilient relationships with agents, distributors, key accounts, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, company values, and ethics policies.
Your Profile
  • 10+ years of experience in sales/marketing with a proven track record in IVD is a must.
  • Proven track record in a global, matrixed organization, with change management experience.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) preferred.
