Global Graduate – Marketing Commercialization

Overview:
We are looking for fresh University graduates or someone early in their careers (0-2 years) to join our Pest Control Marketing Commercialization Team, MENAPT (Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan and Turkey). Right from the start you will be doing a full-time job in marketing, managing strategies & plans for our global, market-leading brands. This is your chance to work on Brand Marketing Plans in a highly dynamic, diverse, and growing region of MENAPT (Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan, and Turkey), where you will acquire valuable experience while developing yourself to be a successful marketer. The role reports to Pest Control Marketing Commercialization Manager, MENAPT

Responsibilities:

Deep dive into different data sources (i.e., market share data, media results, competition assessments) to generate insights and recommendations to grow our brands
Support in the implementation of the annual Marketing Plan.
Build Digital, ATL & BTL communication campaigns.
Support in the development of new products, brand launches and relaunches.
Development of presentations for sales teams, for other internal and external stakeholders; and briefs for media agencies

Experience you’ll bring:

Up to 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in a multinational work environment
Strong Computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Behaviors you’ll need:

Strong verbal and written English language skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong passion for Brand Management
Bachelor’s degree in relevant majors

What’s in it for you:

Fixed-term contract that is valid for 1 year with the possibility of moving to a permanent contract after 1 year.
Remote Working: 1 day per week
