Overview:
This role involves supporting the demand planning and S&OP process for MENAPT region, working with cross-functional teams to analyze data, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels. As a Global Graduate in Demand Planning, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

Support the team to utilize data analysis tools and techniques to forecast demand for SCJ portfolio across MENAPT Markets
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to gather relevant data and insights for demand forecasting.
Support and engage with the Turkey team to prepare regular reports on demand trends, variances, and forecasting accuracy to support decision-making processes and support in communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.
Take ownership of specific projects related to demand planning, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation.
Proactively seek learning opportunities to enhance understanding of demand planning principles and methodologies

Experience you’ll bring:

Preferably Engineering Qualification
Experience in data analysis using advanced tools such as Power BI
Experience in Demand or Supply Planning in FMCG (internship or working)
Experience in project management
