Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics and Administrative Sciences,
Up to 2 years of relevant experience,
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications,
High sense of responsibility,
Strong skills in time management, planning, and organization,
Strong desire for knowledge and continuous learning,
Competence in facility and personnel management,
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong coordination abilities,
Team-oriented, capable of thriving in a high-intensity and dynamic work environment.

Requirements

Manage maintenance, repair, and operational processes for company vehicles and general equipment,
Track and report of vehicle tracking systems and usage data regularly,
Identify product and service requirements within the scope of administrative affairs, manage the procurement process, and maintain supplier relationships,
Conduct needs analysis of office premises and provide operational support,
Monitor task assignments and job tracking processes for the administrative affairs team,
Procure and manage stock of consumables, stationery, and food supplies,
Ensure quality and cost optimization in procurement processes, and report on services and products,
Support the effective execution of document registration and archiving processes,
Meet the organizational needs of traveling employees, including hotel and flight reservations, and visa procedures,
Classify and archive relevant expense records according to expense codes.
