• Accounting process of purchase and sales documents
• Payments on online banking platform
• Management of supplier files
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Balance sheet reconciliations including bank
• Helping with the preparation of accounting reports
• Contact with other departments within the company and overseas group subsidiary companies

• Good knowledge of English or willingness to learn
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Accuracy, focus on detail, ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to set priorities and organise work well
• Proactive attitude to problem-solving
• Some experience of working in a finance team is desirable but not essential
