• Contributing to capability development of the teams in their region.
• Following new joiners and onboarding programs closely.
• Manage onboarding, performance development and assessment programs, closely collaborate with HR department.
• Organizing internal and external trainings, being and internal trainer when necessary.
• Contributing to performance development via filed visits and on the job coaching.
• Provide coaching and facilitation where needed, in particular to line managers and leaders (and their teams).
• Creating comprehensive reports, analyses regarding to trainings and other objectives in their responsibility.
• Provide a level of innovation and curiosity in the development of team projects.

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development area and team management.
• Being fluent in English is an asset.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex business challenges into effective learning solutions, but at the same time be comfortable being operational, getting involved in the delivery.
• Strong communicational skills
• Coaching and facilitation skills
• Stakeholder management across all levels, but in particular with regional directors and sales managers.
• Being mobile and open to travel whenever necessary.
• The ability to lead and manage a team.
• B class driving license is a must.
